ONLINE PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOG (OPAC)

• Find library documents at different levels with the help of a search engine using Boolean operators.
• Provide a lot of search criteria (search by author, document title, keyword, language, type of document).
• Allow the searches that are neither case-sensitive nor dependent on diacritical marks.
• Expand the scope of search as far as the databases of connected libraries.
• Enable local access as well as remote access through Z39.50.
• Arrange and print search results according to the word order in Vietnamese language.
• System allows searching non-mark, undistinguishable upper case letter and lower case letter and the way of leaving Vietnam mark rule differently.
