Dynamic depreciation calculation:
SureERP supports multiple depreciation methods and switching between methods to calculate the depreciation rate of an asset.
It also allows setting up seasonal depreciation rate to better reflect the company's actual business activities.
Depreciation of assets (buildings, projects, etc.) are set based on their costs and useful lifespan.
Fixed asset maintenance management:
Maintenance and repair cycles can be set up for each asset or its individual parts. The system compiles a list of assets up for maintenance periodically and suggests respective part replacement (if applicable).
Users can keep track of each asset maintenance history and calculate monthly or yearly cost of maintenance of each business unit.
