Sure ERP provides a list of functionalities to fully support your input, data checking and reporting needs.

File attachment:

This functionality allows users to attach documents (quotations, contracts, payment request, etc.) onto a record of any module to easier trace and approve information.

Alert rules:

When data changes occur (status update, create, delete, etc.), the system will automatically alert the users involved, ensuring quick and seamless workflow between departments.

Report customization:

In Sure ERP, users can customize default reports by copy and adjust to needs.

Drill-down report data:

All data can be drill-downed, assisting quick and easy data checking.

Batch reporting:

Users can set up automatic reporting schedule. Periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), the system will automatically generate reports and email them to the head of departments without waiting for employees to go through the manual reporting process.

Intercompany data consolidation:

  • One of the prominent functionality that only exists in SureERP. It allows consolidation of intercompany data into consolidated reports.
  • This functionality is especially useful for enterprises and franchises.


Sure ERP supports cross-database data synchronization, eliminating duplications and minimizing errors.

Highly secured:

  • We are fully aware of how important data security is to a business, therefore we have built SureERP on a tightly controlled security framework, allowing track and trace of all users during their entire system usage time.
  • Access to functions are restricted by roles, while access to specific data is restricted by field and record levels, minimizing unauthorized access to important information.
  • The system also track logs changes on each record, which helps determining individual personalities in case of disputes.


The system allows personalization of UI to fit personal tatse and functional role of individuals: background color, language, datetime format, hide/unhide functions and input fields, set up default input, etc.

Quick search:

Users can quickly search for records by characters  instead of full words. The system also allows queries storing for reusing.

Copy to input:

Every input functionality in the system can be copied from/to other objects, allowing quick and efficient data input. There are 3 copy modes available:

  • Copy from the same object
  • Copy from another object
  • Copy from another database

Default input:

The system allows configuration of default input values to reduce duplicate input and minimize input errors.
