Expense Analysis 

The expense analysis module groups costs by cost item, cost center, project, contract … It allots costs and end-of-term instruments through periodical entries and allotments. It also helps to calculate actual cost prices.​

Analyze costs by cost center and cost item (phone costs, accommodation expenses, advertising expenses,salaries for salespeople).

AccNetBA groups costs, sales and determines profit and loss by department, field of activity, contract, project…

It can quote the temporary prices of finished products in case of warehouse input and automatically match them with actual cost prices. Previous cost prices will become the temporary cost prices of the next time.

AccNetBA will automatically create cost entries according to the user-defined rules.

Cost allotments may be variable (actual number of working hours, output, salaries, workforce) or less variable (allotment coefficients, normal number of working hours …).
